“And you dispossess them, settling in their cities and houses” (Dt.19:1).
Inferring from what is stated—
“settling in their cities and houses” (Dt.19:1)—
is it possible to say that
you are not free to add to existing structures?
The Teaching states:
“And you shall settle their Land” Dt.13:29)—
wherever you want to build, build!
